PN(Polynucleotide) is a cut of DNA with high biocompatibility and safety in all living things. A substance that has pharmacological effects such as regeneration of human tissue, anti-inflammation and anti-ischemia.
It can be used in musculoskeletal disorders, burns, and bedsore patients.
Our advantage is a more precise & narrow range(80bp*~500bp) of PN than the Normal range(80bp~2,200bp). Lower molecular weight leads to high internal resorption and pharmacological activity. PN decreases the inflammatory period to help skin regeneration.
PN Mechanism of action
A2A Receptor Agonist: PN stimulates A2A receptors to promote VEGF vascular endothelial growth factor and to accelerate angiogenesis.
Salvage Pathway: The pathway to make nucleotides by reusing free-based or nucleosides, which are the decomposition products of nucleic acids.
